How to measure ring size:
1. Get a piece of string or cut up a thin piece of paper and wrap it around your finger firmly. (make sure the paper/string sits very firm on your finger, how you would want the ring to fit; that means it should not be loose and not extremely tight)
2. Mark the string or piece of paper to get the circumference (in mm)
3. Lay the string or paper down against a ruler to measure the circumference (in mm/cm)
4. Please use the table above to measure your circumference (in mm) against the US sizing column (We use standard US sizing)
5. Please choose the ring size that is closest to your circumference if you are in-between sizes.

Alternatively, please measure the internal diameter if your current ring and use the chart to measure inside diameter against US sizing.
Tips:
- Please measure your finger when they are warm as cold fingers will measure smaller.
- If you are unsure, we advise you to purchase a ring sizer (or ask a friend who has one) to measure your finger before making an order.

Can I return a product?
You can return your gold ring within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. Please note that all items must be in the original packaging for us to accept your return and proceed with your refund. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or solid gold products as they are made to order.
How do I take care of my jewellery?
Gently clean your gold or vermeil jewellery with a soft polishing cloth. If you don't use your jewellery frequently, keep them dry and stored in the provided dust bag. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing them with rubber products.
Does the gold persist or fade over time?
Our rings are made of real 14k-18k yellow or white gold, meaning they will see minimal tarnishing, if any at all.
Can I shower with the jewellery on without them fading? Do they change colour?
Not recommended. You should always keep your jewellery dry. Our products have been tested for their quality and durability. They will not fade off if you follow the appointed instructions and will stay intact if you avoid wearing them in the shower. Always remove your jewellery when applying colognes, perfumes, or other chemical products.
