Why 18k?

18 karat gold is ideal for those who want high gold purity. An 18K piece of jewellery is much more lustrous than fewer karat pieces. It is also a perfect pick for those with allergies, as the chances of triggering one are minimal.

Can I return a product?

You can return your jewellery within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. Please note that all items must be in the original packaging for us to accept your return and proceed with your refund. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or solid gold products as they are made to order.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

Gently clean your gold or vermeil jewellery with a soft polishing cloth. If you don't use your jewellery frequently, keep them dry and stored in the provided dust bag. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing them with rubber products.

Does the gold persist or fade over time?

Our jewellery is made of real 14k-18k yellow or white gold, meaning they will see minimal tarnishing, if any at all.

Can I shower with the jewellery on without them fading? Do they change colour?

Not recommended. You should always keep your jewellery dry. Our products have been tested for their quality and durability. They will not fade off if you follow the appointed instructions and will stay intact if you avoid wearing them in the shower. Always remove your jewellery when applying colognes, perfumes, or other chemical products.
