What does 1 year Guarantee Mean?
While we offer 14 days to return your original order, we know our jewelry should last well past that! That is why we are happy to provide a 1 year Guarantee on all our jewelry.
If at any time you are unsatisfied with our jewelery, we want you to let us know. Having a quality issue, not quite the right fit, or did our product fail to live up to your standards? We’ll get those replaced for you right away. Here are some examples of what our Lifetime Guarantee covers:
- Stones falling off
- Jewelry breaks
We’ve designed our Guarantee process to be as easy as possible so that you can receive the jewelery that meets your needs and get back to being your best self.
What does 1 year Guarantee Not Mean?
We know Guarantee sounds too good to be true, but we guarantee our quality and our jewelry. Whether you’re running to the clubs or running after your girl, we cover it. But, if you leave them with your ex and they just won’t return it (along with your hoodie) we can’t take responsibility for that. Here are a few other examples of what it doesn’t cover:
- Your jewelry got lost
- You didn’t follow the rules of how to take care of your piece
- You treated your piece like a whip or box sack
