Custom Creations & Materials

All Ayezi jewellery is made using solid 925 sterling silver and solid 14k gold, ensuring authenticity, weight, and lasting quality. For selected designs, we also use high-quality stainless steel and brass — especially in larger statement pieces or mixed-material designs — to achieve a perfect balance of strength and style. We can source and use any type of stone you are looking for, from cubic zirconia to the highest grade of diamond, and all precious or semi-precious stones in between. Every piece is hand-finished with care, available in oxidized, matte, or high-polish finishes, depending on your preference. Everything is ethically sourced and made in our workshop.

Yes — custom jewellery is at the heart of Ayezi. We create completely bespoke pieces such as rings, pendants, bracelets, chains, and grillz, designed according to your vision. You can work with us from anywhere in the world — the process can be done remotely through photos, sketches, and detailed communication. Every custom piece is handcrafted in Athens with precision and care, ensuring that your design becomes a lasting expression of your individuality.

Yes. Ayezi offers custom grillz handcrafted in solid silver or solid gold, designed for both aesthetic and comfort. Each set is sculpted to perfectly fit your teeth and your personal style — from minimalist single caps to fully iced-out, diamond-set grillz. We combine Greek artistry with hip-hop culture, creating unique statement pieces that bridge luxury and identity. Fittings are carried out in our Athens studio, where precision molds ensure an exact fit and flawless finish. You can read about our grillz also at the magazine lifo.

Definitely yes. We frequently work with international clients for grillz. The only requirement is that the fitting process must be done in Athens, as it involves precise dental molding for a perfect fit. Many of our international clients schedule fittings during visits to Greece or plan short trips specifically for the process. For design consultations and material selection, we handle everything remotely before your appointment, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.

Custom orders generally take 10 to 20 business days, depending on design complexity and material selection. For intricate pieces such as grillz, multi-layered pendants, or engraved items, the process may take slightly longer. Every Ayezi creation is individually handcrafted, not mass-produced — each stage, from casting to polishing, is handled with care in our Athens workshop to ensure perfect craftsmanship and longevity.

If you’re unsure, we can help you measure your size at home using simple methods or send a size chart. We also offer free resizing for most custom pieces (within Greece) to ensure the perfect fit.

To preserve your jewellery’s shine, store each piece separately and clean it gently with a soft cloth. Avoid contact with chemicals, salt water, and perfumes. For grillz, always remove them before eating, drinking, or sleeping, and keep them in their case to prevent scratches. Ayezi also offers professional polishing and cleaning services, ensuring your pieces remain as striking as the day they were made.

Wholesale Orders

Yes, Ayezi also offers wholesale and collaboration opportunities. We work with select boutiques, concept stores, stylists and other brands who want their own jewellery lines, who share our values of craftsmanship and authenticity. Usually

For men: Typically start at 7” for small wrists, 8” for medium wrists and 9” for bigger wrists.
For women: Typically start at 6” and up to 8” for bigger wrists.

Instructions

  1. Use a tape measure, or if you do not have one, use a strip of paper, ribbon or cord. Wrap it around your wrist where you would normally wear the bracelet.
  2. If you are using a strip of paper, ribbon or cord. Mark the end of the strip and then measure the length against a ruler. This is your wrist size.
  3. Refer to the chart below for your wrist size and for the recommended bracelet size, which is based on a comfort fit.
    • 7″ (17.78 cm)
    • 8″ (20.32 cm)
    • 9″ (22.86 cm)

(if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up)

  • 16″ (40 cm) – Loose but close to neck
  • 18″ (45 cm) – Hangs at collarbone
  • 20″ (50 cm) – Hangs past collarbone
  • 22″ (55 cm) – Falls at the top of chest
  • 24″ (61 cm) – Sits at center of chest

How to measure ring size:

1. Get a piece of string or cut up a thin piece of paper and wrap it around your finger firmly. (make sure the paper/string sits very firm on your finger, how you would want the ring to fit; that means it should not be loose and not extremely tight)

2. Mark the string or piece of paper to get the circumference  (in mm)

3. Lay the string or paper down against a ruler to measure the circumference (in mm/cm)

4. Please use the table above to measure your circumference (in mm) against the US sizing column (We use standard US sizing)

5. Please choose the ring size that is closest to your circumference if you are in-between sizes.

Alternatively, please measure the internal diameter if your current ring and use the chart to measure inside diameter against US sizing.

Tips:

  • Please measure your finger when they are warm as cold fingers will measure smaller.
  • If you are unsure, we advise you to purchase a ring sizer (or ask a friend who has one) to measure your finger before making an order.

Product Info

Cubic zirconia is the best synthetic stone of all diamond´s substitutes. It is an ideal raw material for the production of jewelry thanks to its hardness coming close to the hardness of ruby or sapphire, and optical properties close to those of diamond.

Actually cubic zirconia come from natural materials, just as mined diamonds do. They just get a boost from technology.

Jewellery should be kept dry. If your jewellery is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided dust bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewellery with rubber products. Always remove your jewellery when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products. Chlorine, especially at elevated temperatures, can permanently damage or discolour your gold jewellery. Gently clean your gold or vermeil jewellery with a soft polishing cloth

Shipping & Delivery

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. Returns & Refunds

You can return your item within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. Please note, all items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. If your order is returned to us without all of the original packaging, your exchange or refund will not be processed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products or solid gold products as they are made to order.

Shipping paid on returned items is non-refundable.

Ayezi will only reimburse the return shipping in the event that a wrong item was sent to the recipient.

However, we can’t give you full refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Your AYEZI order didn’t arrive due to factors within your control (for example: you provided us the wrong shipping address), or
  2. Your AYEZI order didn’t arrive due to one or other circumstances outside the control of AYEZI (for example: not cleared by customs, a tornado or other natural disasters, pandemics), or
  3. Your order has been placed at a discount or within a sale. In this case you can still swap your order amount for other products.
